Structural insulated panels form the main structure of the building.
Panels are delivered to site and installed quickly to create walls and roof structures with excellent insulation performance.
This stage rapidly creates the main building envelope.
Once the structural panels are installed, the building becomes weather‑tight.
At this stage the building begins to resemble its finished form.
With the building envelope complete, internal works progress rapidly.
Before completion we carry out full testing and commissioning.
